The CFO serves as a key member of Jordan Health’s executive leadership team and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, operational oversight, and fiscal stewardship in support of the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term sustainability. Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the CFO serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, Finance Committee, and executive leadership team on all matters related to financial strategy, organizational performance, reimbursement, risk management, and business operations.

The CFO will lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support Jordan Health’s continued growth, operational excellence, and commitment to delivering high-quality, community-centered healthcare services. This executive will oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, revenue cycle, financial reporting, compliance, audit activities, and financial planning while ensuring the organization maintains strong fiscal health and regulatory compliance.
