Brian DiVirgilio recently joined JK Executive Strategies as a Business Development professional, bringing a strong background in sales, relationship management, and workforce solutions. Throughout his career, Brian has partnered with business owners and organizational leaders to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and implement solutions that support growth and long-term success. He is passionate about building meaningful partnerships and helping organizations access the resources they need to thrive.

In his current role, Brian works with companies across a wide range of industries, helping organizations understand how strategic talent acquisition solutions can support their business objectives. He focuses on developing new client relationships, expanding partnerships, and serving as a trusted resource for leaders navigating today’s evolving workforce landscape. His ability to understand business needs and connect decision-makers with effective solutions has been a key driver of his success.

Prior to joining JK Executive Strategies, Brian spent several years in human capital management and business consulting, helping small and mid-sized businesses improve payroll, HR, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce management processes. This experience provided him with valuable insight into the operational and people-related challenges organizations face, allowing him to bring a consultative and business-minded perspective to every client interaction.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associate Degree in Business Administration, providing a strong foundation in business strategy and relationship management.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling, staying active through lots of sports and exploring new places and experiences. He values teamwork, continuous growth, and building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally.
