Richard comes with over four years of experience in benefits administration and more than two years in staffing and project management solutions.
His background includes managing employee benefits, coordinating recruitment strategies, and partnering with organizations in the manufacturing and logistics industry to deliver effective staffing and workforce solutions. Richard is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and connecting top talent with opportunities that drive long-term success.
Outside of work he enjoys fishing, live concerts and helps run a Summer Men’s Lacrosse program based on charity and cancer research funding.
