Lauren Dlugosh

Lauren Dunkle Dlugosh has successfully completed hundreds of searches and brings years of experience recruiting for higher education, nonprofit, manufacturing, along with many other industries. She joined JK Executive Strategies in 2020.

As Director of Recruiting, Lauren works with local, regional, and national companies and organizations of all sizes to connect them with extraordinary talent. She draws from her diversified experience to bring a creative perspective to the recruitment process through the development of innovative strategies and clear, consistent communication.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lauren actively engages in community service, embodying her commitment to making a positive impact. Her life motto is “give good, get good” meaning that if you do good things without expecting anything in return, the universe will return the favor.

Her dedication to service is exemplified by her involvement with several organizations. One of Lauren’s significant commitments was to a local nonprofit, where she served as a founding member and former Chair of the Young Professional Board for eight years. Lauren’s commitment to service also influences her workplace, where she inspires colleagues to get involved. Lauren also serves as a foster dog family and has a rescue dog of her own.

Lauren’s exceptional leadership and expertise have been recognized by prestigious accolades, including the Forty Under 40 award in 2022 as well as an Ignite Finalist 2023. This honor highlights her outstanding contributions to her field and the community. Additionally, Lauren is a graduate of the Leadership Rochester program, a testament to her commitment to the community and personal growth.

When Lauren is not in the office, she loves to travel and enjoys the outdoors. Most days she can be found trail running or traveling in her campervan with her dog, Allen, and husband, Ben. She is an aspiring ADK-46er and Ultra Marathoner.
