She is recognized for her ability to improve processes, deliver exceptional client service, and integrate innovative tools to the search process. Kaitlyn has led numerous director-level and executive searches, facilitated career development workshops, and provided clients with data-driven market insights to strengthen their hiring strategies.
Before joining JK Executive Strategies, Kaitlyn held roles in marketing, career advising, and higher education, giving her a unique perspective on talent development.
In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys time with her husband, Cody, and two dogs, Finley and Cali. She enjoys lake days, skiing, and traveling to new places when possible.
