She began her career with a national boutique search firm specializing in commercial real estate – honing her expertise in sourcing, research, and candidate development.

At JK Exec, Amelia partners closely with clients and candidates across industries, leveraging her recruiting experience and consultative approach to help organizations find top talent and professionals advance their careers.

Prior to joining JK Exec, Amelia launched and operated her own business, where she also completed a comprehensive course in operations, finance, and marketing. This experience gave her a strong foundation in business strategy and sharpened her ability to think analytically, manage complex projects, and deliver results. She now applies these skills to accelerate her recruiting career, bringing a well-rounded, business-minded approach to every client engagement.
