Sidney Tomasso

Sidney brings a strong background in marketing, relationship building, and communication to her role as Recruiting Coordinator at JK Executive Strategies. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance from St. John Fisher University and is currently pursuing her MBA, further strengthening her knowledge of business strategy and leadership.

At JK Exec, Sidney partners with recruiters, candidates, and clients to help create a seamless hiring process. She supports recruiting efforts through candidate engagement, interview coordination, and relationship management while ensuring every interaction reflects the high level of service JKExec is known for.

Throughout college, Sidney gained valuable experience through marketing internships, leadership roles, and as a Division III student-athlete. These experiences strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, stay organized in fast-paced environments, and build lasting relationships. She brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and people-first mindset to every opportunity, helping both candidates and clients feel confident throughout the recruiting process.
